Whats a good book that shows you good make up techniques?

I don't know about a book, but if you know someone that sells Avon, Mary Kay, Beauty Control, etc, they can give you great tips, even a free makeover, or go to your local mall and pick what line of cosmetics you like and they will give you tips while giving you a free makeover.
