I say she needs no foundation. she should try a smokey eye, created by using eyeliner and eyeshadow. mascara is a necessity with makeup. Blush would look nice, i suggest Nars Orgasm because it looks great and works well on all skin tones. She looks gorgeous already. I would definitely try shaping the brows more and filling them in. Add some mascara and a little liner. A smokey eye would be great for going out.
I can see that her skin was editeddddd.
