Go for colours that colours that complement ur eye colour. Blues work for most eye colours. Also put a shade on ur entire lid %26amp; just above the crease. Apply a darker shade at the outta bit of ur eyelid %26amp; smudge inwards. Dont forget plenty of mascara! That helps open up the eye!

Use some bright coloured eyeshadow and use the darker version of that colour in eyeliner. Or just add many different colours of eye shadow onto your lids. But only if they match. It looks really good with 2 colours.

Put eyeliner on from the middle of your to the out side corner- use smudger lightly over it once you apply. Use some sort of darker shade shadow to apply... and lighter as you go up more towards your brow. A kind w/ a slight shimmer always works best for me in getting them that excotic stand out look.
