Make-up colors and techniques?

I'm trying to find some new ideas for my make-up. Like when I'm going out on a date with my husband or just hanging out. I have regular colors that I wear everyday. I have brown hair with platnium and reddish highlights, I have brown eyes and a semi-tan. Does anyone have any suggestions on make-up other than the same gold,champagne, and off-white for the eyes, peach lipgloss and no blush?Make-up colors and techniques?

hi, ive been a make-up artist and skin care specialist practically my whole life, start with good skin and my best advice i can give you is to go get a make-over there free you can call any cosmetic line at your local dept store, i also use to work at a merle normam, they do a great job at both places and just can maybe ';tweak'; your look a little, you would be suprised what a couple of knew hints can do, so that's what i would do, good luck elizabeth
i think you you should try Light blue eye shadow. Light pink lipstick and a little bit of blush.
well neutral colors are ALWAYS the best. I find that if you're white light browns or tans always is practical, classy, and very comfortable. When your tan peaches and some light pinks %26amp; reds work great and if your dark golds and are very gorgeious. My favorite make-up store is Sephora and right now there issue that came out was all about summer fever and looks, they say that the best thing you can do for your skin, eyes, lips is BARE MINERALS they have it at sephoria check it out. =]]
I also have brown hair, and I like to use some black 'smoldering' eye liner with mostly dark brown shadow and a splash of silver or metallic blue. Don't use too much shiny silver/blue, or it will overpower your face, just a bit. Also, try some red lipstick/gloss, instead of peach.
