To make green eyes really stand out??Whats the best Make up technique ??
Use black or brown (must be almay i-color that's made for green eyes)





You could also try a purple eyeliner and then nice eyeshadow in purple.Whats the best Make up technique ??
I have hazel eyes and to make the green show more I use black eyeliner and mascara and a light brown eyeshadow. They look beautiful like that
I have green eyes and I found that black eyeliner really makes them pop. For under the eyes it looks good applied over the lashline, as long as you don't over do it. Also, it's cool to alternate between lining the top lid and the bottom, just to change things around once in awhile. As for eyeshadow, purple/plum/eggplants work well with green eyes, because they are the opposite of green on the color spectrum. Hope that helps :]
