I think a pretty brown eyeliner would be most flattering, I have blue eyes and I prefer brown liner it makes my eyes stand out without looking too harsh or dark.Also with your hair color brown eyeliner would look the best. Try mac's kohl eyeliner it's my favorite.Try to stay with shimmery browns, golds, coppers,even some peach shades for your eyeshadows these shades also look amazing on blue eyed girls.Dab gold eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyes, it looks gorgeous with blonde hair. For mascara choose a shade thats almost black,too dark mascara will look silly with your blonde eyebrows and un-natural.
